TallyMoney is the UK's pioneering digital-gold currency fintech — FCA-regulated, full-reserve, and the only zero-fee spendable gold platform in the UK. Joined remotely as an intern and earned a full-time role, progressing rapidly to PM-level responsibilities across the product lifecycle.

• Led the revamp of the end-to-end product onboarding experience — completion rates shifted from 5% to 35% (7×), materially impacting the bottom line.
• Designed and built the company's first AI-powered PRD + product-scoping workflow using Claude, adopted across the product team.
• Authored PRDs and Jira tickets for core digital-gold features, translating customer needs and FCA / GDPR requirements into clear engineering specs.
• Used MongoDB data insights to validate feature decisions; led market research across the digital-gold landscape (Glint, BullionVault, Revolut).

• Managed a team of 3 on the line and up to 6 in prep, regularly pushing nearly 200 covers per service.
• Ran the full 3-station line solo on multiple occasions — 120+ covers in a 5-hour service unassisted.
• Mentored 6 junior staff; team recognised for the lowest error rate and near-zero food waste in the restaurant.
• Redesigned line station layouts to optimise assembly flow, improving ticket speed across all stations.
